We had the most fantastic lunch at Simon's Bistro! The service was excellent & the food was even better! The house margaritas were great. My husband had the Chicken in 3 Chile soup(Not spicy, great flavor). I had the Beef with onion & beans. They were both delicious. We had a decadent baileys and chocolate cheesecake to end the meal. Would highly recommend. They had menu's in English & the servers spoke English also.

Fantastic meal at Simon's. Monday night special is 3 tapas and 2 drinks for 350 pesos and it was absolutely amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauteed garlic mushrooms and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, but the highlight was definitely the scallops. I even had a chance to meet one of the owners, who was super-friendly and took exceptional care of our party. It was incredible to hear that this restaurant has only been open for two seasons... They certainly know what they're doing and deserve every success!

Fruit platter was absolutely delicious and very fresh.
The bacon, sausage and egg breakfast was great and my friend had a waffle, freshest waffle she’s ever had and she’s 75 yrs old, so she knows her waffles!

Can’t fault the menu, prices very good too.
It’s a very clean modern restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and the waiter , he was a sweetheart. Very helpful and accommodating to my “ sugar free” life style and many questions.
