Xscape

This place is fairly new and is tucked away on the road south through Tulum. It's modern in design cement floors etc but has whimsical touches that make it warm and inviting. It is spotlessly clean and the grounds are impeccably manicured. It's close to everything shops restaurants and approximately 10 minutes drive to the beach. The rooms and bathroom are spacious with kitchenette and table and chairs. No TV (not missed) free fast WiFi and daily maid service . We had the top room which came with a huge balcony overlooking the pool. I think all the rooms have this view. Walls are thick so don't hear our neighbour's and the patio glass door blocks out the night sounds of the neighborhood. Pool is clean and well maintained and the water was refeshingly warm after a long hot day at the ruins. No breakfast or bar but that's a short distance up the road when you want either. I guess with kitchen provided the owners didn't see the point. Will definitely stay here again. Bed a little hard but still gets 5 stars.
