Three in our party dined at PYB this evening. We decided to try the special of the week—squid ink pizza crust topped with smoked salmon, arugula and ricotta cheese. Sounds a little bizarre, doesn’t it? Well, think again, it was super delicious! The flavorful chewy crust and creamy ricotta flavors were offset by the spiciness of the arugula and the mild saltiness of the smoked salmon. Yum, yum, yum!
The three of us partook of this special pizza and we all loved it. Kudos to Chef Cristian who introduced another creative dish from his repertoire of fine cooking.
Place is amazing there food is excellent. I am always amazed on how well these small little restaurants have the best food. The wine they have here comes from one of our favorite vineyards we go to every weekend. (Villa Montefiori).. everyone got to check this place out!! Pizza and lasagna are incredible
Amazing you have to go, they are closed on Mondays. I will try their whole Menu until I can pick a favorite, I had the squid ink � risotto... amazing... the spinach ravioli, delicious... the pizza... delicious.. I am always stoked when you find a new favorite restaurant.. ����������
