Oh my gosh! Where to start....Lou and Aarom are fabulous. Lou provided meals for our yoga retreat and it was INCREDIBLE. Lou is so creative in her receipts and presentation of each dish. It was fascinating trying new ingredients like amaranth grain, sprouted lentils, chia seed. And the way the recipes were constructed, with ingredients I would never have thought to put together, was very tasty. The coffee shop, restaurant and shop, offering local hand made items is beautiful. Sooo worth the stop. Thank you Lou and company!
Aarom is the most relaxing place to eat a meal in Puerto! They vibe is so good. Not only that, the food is amazing; fresh and healthy... My personal favorite is the chia pudding! The shop supports many local vendors/makers and offers goods you can't find elsewhere: clothes, jewelry, hygiene products, nut butters, etc.. I recently purchased activated carbon toothpaste that works like a gem.. Oh and the almond nut butter is DELICIOUS!! Highly recommended. 5 stars. A must stop shop. :)

We tried out this cafe for the first time today and loved it! Peaceful ambiance, cute decor, and fresh food. The apple cider vinegar turmeric shot actually started to make me feel better from a little cold I’m fighting. And the açaí smoothie bowl was as healthy as it gets! We can’t wait to return and try some coffee, smoothies, teas, matcha shots....well, there are a lot of appealing things on the menu we want to taste!

I had an awesome breakfast at Aarom today :) Louisa was great company and made a beautiful oasis in pretty touristy town. I had the ginger tea and it was AMAZING. I ate the mushroom toast and added an egg and sauerkraut and it was delish. If I was here longer would be back to try many more dishes :) highly recommend checking it out
