Este lugar me encanta siempre me sorprenden. Tienen la mejor pasta de Mazatlan pues ellos mismos la hacen. Tienen opciones creativas y muy rico todo. Excelente servicio siempre está ahí Enrique su dueño y te podrá dar las mejores recomendaciones.

We ate at Raggio's our first night staying in Mazatlan and it was SO DELICIOUS that we ate there every night thereafter. The food is to die for! I've never tasted food so amazing in my life! I HIGHLY recommend eating here.... Every night :)

Had dinner at Raggio tonight and it was fabulous. Great food, great service, great wine - what more can you ask for. Can not understand why it was not busy. Try it - you won't be disappointed.

We've loved the food here since we discovered Raggio two years ago, but we had a very curt waitress last night when we returned for the first time this year. I have no idea why, but she didn't bring us any bread and dipping sauce, yet did to others that came in after us. She wasn't the least bit friendly. We have been coming to Mazatlán yearly for 26 years now and this is not typical of the people of Mazatlán. It was such a disappointing situation for a dinner we were so looking forward to. We ended up getting our meals boxed to go. Sadly, we aren't sure if we will go back again over the next 3 weeks we are here, as she was the only wait person and we'll probably end up with her again. I hope someone explains to her that a friendly personality can make a world of difference.

The service was awful. The food just ok. We won't be back. We've watched the rating on Trip Advisor drop the last year now we know why.

All I can say is what great food and great people! I will go all the way to Mazatlan just to eat more of your food.
