Opiniones Posada Margherita - Tulum

Me acerqué a la posada para pasar la tarde en la playa. Llegamos ya eran las 16 hs y no nos permitieron sentarnos en la primera línea de mesas aun consumiendo y teniendo en cuenta la hora que era y que el lugar tenía mesas libres. Tomamos algo y nos fuimos . Ambiente lindo agradable. Los valores me parecieron caros , comparados con otros espacios en la playa.

Es un restaurante Italiano a la orilla de mar muy ameno. A pesar de que fui sola lo disfrute mucho. La comida es rica, solo las bebidas no me encantaron pero estuvieron OK. El restaurante tiene una entrada con un jardín muy bonito lleno de plantas. Sin duda es lugar que recomiendo ampliamente.

Siempre es un lugar rico para desayunar, no me gusta que no hay estacionamiento pero tiene muchas cosas que lo compensan por ejemplo Fede es un súper sol, el personal atento, y de los alimentos ni hablemos 🤯, este lugar es la parada rigurosa cada vez que vengo.

Me gusto mucho el lugar. Hermosa la decoración, con vista al mar. La comida estuvo muy rica. Me gustó mucho la pasta con camarones, el pescado con tomate y limón al horno muy rico. La pizza es toda fresa y la salsa pomodoro con sabor casero. Buen servicio el problema es que no reciben sino efectivo

Holaa! No califico habitaciones porque no me aloje allí. Lo demás es ESPECTACULAR !! Hermosa playa, excelente atención, muy cordiales súper respetuosos. La comida exquisita y muy buenos precios !! Super plan para disfrutar en Tulum !!

Amo sus pastas y sus pizzas. El ambiente y la vista es uno de las mejores que hay en Tulum.

Este lugar es un hermoso rincón de Tulum, con comida deliciosa, todo hecho en casa y fresco, una vista increíble al mar y un excelente servicio. Lo recomiendo muchísimo para ir a desayunar y luego quedarte a gusto en la playa.

The pizza was phenomenal with a crispy crust and fresh ingredients and around a 12’ size which was plenty to share, but only served street side so if you want the ocean view with some fabulous ambiance you’ll have to eat pasta or fish in the beach front portion of the restaurant which is my new favorite place. We had pizza then went to the beach front portion for some dessert. We chose the tiramisu, which was meh but the coconut ice cream and the coffee were to die for. Down side was $CASH ONLY both parts of the restaurant. I definitely recommend this place. Good service and totally romantic�

Precios Ridículos. Comida sin sabor. Cantidad minúscula. Meseros que parece te están haciendo el favor de atenderte y aún así “sugieren” el 18% de propina en el ticket de la cuenta. No aceptan tarjeta de crédito. Pagamos y pedimos el cambio, pero ellos decidieron descontarse la propina sin preguntarnos antes cuánto queríamos pagar por el servicio. El lugar está bastante ordinario, nada espectacular.

Wow what a horrible service! It seems like when the owners are not there the place turns into a nightmare. We’ve been there several times and it was great but this time we did get rushed so bad with our main courses coming out when we still ate our appetizer and they tried to take away our appetizer to make room for the main course. The service really was awful and at the end they tried to rip us off with a mandatory tip that was not deserved and an exchange rate that was far from normal. After talking to the head waiter that spoke English he said “just pay the bill w/o the mandatory tip and use the exchange rate you want... I’m not the owner so I don’t care...” really sad to see this place go down hill.

Beautiful place with an excellent service! We stayed two nights and enjoy the meals and the new pizza restaurant located in the front of the place. Lovely view and decoration �

Totalmente sobrevalorado, no es para nada un buen italiano, mal servicio, poca cantidad y deficiente comida. Hemos pedido la "pasta estrella" de la casa y fue una pasta con camarones sin más, luego un mero que estaba pasado de cocción sin sabor acompañado de un arroz de ayer y una naranja con aceitunas que no tenia nigun sentido. Hablamos con el responsable para comentarle nuestra experiencia y no le importó para nada nuestra opinión, ni siquiera pidió perdón. Para colmo es caro no aceptan tarjeta de credito e incluyen el 15% de servicio en la cuenta sin avisar. Lamentable todo.

Had a great experience here today. Service was great, food was amazing, drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere is top notch. Four stars for the exchange rate and confusing tip situation. We did ask a local that runs a store down the street and they say everyone over there exchanges at 16 so it is what it is. Overall though a solid A and will come back again.

My new favourite place on earth �� the best quality food, drinks, atmosphere, beach, decor and people. Loved it!!!!

Excited to eat here. View was fantastic. Pasta was not cooked correctly, it was bland and tasteless. Grilled shrimp also tasteless, served with overcooked rice and a pathetic salad with barely enough dressing to coat the dry leaves. Service was very poor and the final slap on the face was the $82 bill. Will never return here.

Just ate lunch there...the service was horrible. the worst part was that it seemed ,we were the only table not being served with a smile. our waiter a slightly overweight, tattooed ,dark haired ,server. did not greet us at any time with a hello or a smile. the napkins were not brought over until well through our main course. before this moment we used my kleenexes. the other servers seemed a bit nicer but overall they were smug and un professional. i would go so far as to say that the our service was so bad because they were homophobic. the pasta was fresh and good .. the sauces were bland snd insipid the price has nothing yo do with the quality we received.the service was atrocious rude and bordering obnoxious. to quote our waiter when asked what he recommend "this us the best restaurant in tulum everything is good" he obviously lied because the service was non existent. maybe it was because we were gay. if this is the reason he needs to be taught a lesson the majority of the guests who are willing to pay 110 pesos or 7 euros or 9 dollars for a lemonade, will be the gays.. will not tolerate bad service towards a whole population... he should be fired..

VERY expensive Breakfast menu is way too standard. Prices in American Dlls- ridiculous exchange rate. The food average, nothing special. Lovely view.

Truly a gem! The food and atmosphere are fabulous! Great juices, fabulous meals and the best Mojito we have ever had! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! Truly a beautiful spot and great experience!

Super expensive. The service is horrible. The waiter that presents the menu orally was extremely rude when we explained that we were going to leave less tip due to the very poor service. Not recommendable.

The food was exceptional. One of the best meals myself and the 7 other people I was with have ever had! Adored the set up of your place. So beautiful and relaxing. Great service!! Sad that after such a beautiful lunch, my friends phone and wallet were stolen off of the beds when going for a swim :(
