We always have a great time at Colin's Cantina. The menu has something for everyone. I think the short rib tacos for " Taco Tuesday" are some of the best tacos in town.
The staff is fun and friendly, and the outside patio is a great place to gather with friends..especially for mimosa Sunday! Colin's is just a great place to hang out and catch up with friends. Its a locals favorite!

overall it was ok. Good happy hour. Meals. We got there about 6:30pm on Tuesday and Rib taco's were all ready gone and that was the special for the night. Had the fish taco's one night. They were good. Breakfast was good, but I was so disappointed with my fish burger one night. So dry!! I had two bites and threw the rest away. Should of just sent it back and service was so slow Maybe just an off week. we'll stay at the resort again and just limit Cantina meals next time

The makeover is amazing! But more importantly, the food is good, the drinks are also. The menu is varied with great breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. The staff is friendly and working hard for their customers. For some casual food and/or beverages, give Colin' Cantina at Princesa a try, you won't be disappointed.

Loved going there a couple days last week. The tacos are awesome! And beer lovers, this is a must stop, great selection of beer from a couple different Mexican breweries. The staff is super friendly too! Glad you're open 7 days now, we didn't know and stopped by I think last Wed and so bummed you were closed! Great place!
