La verdad no tuve la oportunidad de entrar a consumir o conocer este lugar mejor por dentro, pero por fuera se ve que tienen buen ambiente y que su personal es bastante cordial y atento, tiene una vista hacia el mar donde también puedes ver los cruceros atrancar, espero que la próxima visita pueda conocer mejor este lugar

Este lugar es espectacular,excelente muy bueno muy acogedor y muy muy peligroso te recomiendo que si llegas en el crucero no te vallas a Parar en este lugar en la tu llegada si no te pares hay en la llegada es muy peligroso por que esta tan bueno que si ordenas algo de tomar no te vas a querer hir de lo bueno que es y probablemente no veas la isla de Cozumel ni sus playas ni nada de sus encantos por lo tanto ten cuidado.La comida es muy buena la música y el entretenimiento.

Este lugar es increíble. Nos sentamos a esperar al resto del grupo que llegaban de ver las pirámides y al final comimos, bebimos y hasta bailamos, osea una experiencia maravillosa. El nacho volcán es una delicia, las margaritas ni hablar, por supuesto, las cervezas mega frías, y el servicio UFFFF. EXCELENTE

Visited the location in Grand Cayman on a different cruise and enjoyed it so much we made a point to visit the Cozumel location. Disappointed in the entire experience. Sadly, mediocrity would have been an improvement. Our family will not visit this location again and are unlikely to visit others because of this experience.

I used to be the biggest advocate of going to Margaritaville in Cozumel. It was a short cab ride away. Always a party atmosphere. Great drink and food selection. Inflatable water park in the ocean, etc. However, since they have moved locations, I probably won't be going back. Smaller menu, it felt like I was in an Applebee's, not a party restaurant. The staff wasn't personable at all. Plus the lack of the water activities was a let down. The only think I can say is good would be the location is walking distance now. Even so, I'd rather take the 5 min cab ride and have my old Margaritaville back. �

Disappointed that the new location no longer has a water park as my wife and myself loved that about the old location. The new location is a lot busier than the old one due to the location which I can understand from a business point of view. The volcano nachos are much better now you’re using real cheese but the menu seemed much smaller. Also no longer serving drinks in real glasses and only in plastic ones seems wasteful. I hope you get a water park in the future and start using glasses again as we'll likely not return to this location in the future.

Fun place to go. Prices are touristy high. Our waiter was Ozzy. Absolutely loved him. Great personality, great interaction with us. Wasn't busy because there was only one ship in port and it wasn't at that pier, but Ozzy made it fun nonetheless.

I really miss the old location down the road. This location was right off the pier from the ship we were on which was easy, but was not nearly as fun as the old location. No water access, no snorkeling, no water toys, and no slide. Just a sad day for us to drive past the old location and see it boarded up. Our waiter Carlos was awesome, food was good, drinks were cold

It’s too commercialized now. We were at the old location a couple of times before and loved it we were excited to take our large group of friends there and then very disappointed with the new location .. no water activities, not as fun at all..and the washrooms are way into the shopping area as well .. we wont be going back to the one in Cuzumel.

I am visiting the Island and not on a cruise ship. I had difficulty accessing Margaritaville, since I did not have a ships card. After some persistence, I was allowed in and wandered around until I found Margaritaville. Really great staff and margaritas,but accessibility sucks. I liked the old location.
