La Gondola

Amazing resort! We travel to Mexico frequently (6 times this year) and have been to many resorts. This is the top of the list! You can not beat the staff and service here. It’s unfortunate to see people complain about silly things, when all we’ve seen is staff working so hard in insane heat, to serve others! We switched rooms first night because we have younger kids and were located quite far along the end. The switch was no problem, and the front desk was helpful and polite. We had a new room a few hours later. Yes the waits can be long during peak service times at dinner, but that is expected! The buffet and eating areas are spotless, and they have always checked with us prior to entering if there are any allergies or special diets. The Wired Lounge is amazing for the kids to take a break, we’ve never seen a better kids/teen area before. Yes, the beach is not useable, but we knew that. You must research before you choose a resort! It very upsetting to see people giving the hotel 1 star ratings over the natural habitat that is out of their control. We’ve never been to any resort twice, but would certainly return here in the future. Cheers to every hardworking staff member here! Beautiful holiday. �

The moon palace is beautiful the seaweed is under control since we’ve been here, the staff are fantastic they can’t do enough, our room is cleaned twice a day , Which is a good thing as there’s seven of us .. there’s so much to do and see , the one thing I don’t like is the way only the diamond 💎 residents get to take part in the entertainment it’s unfair on the children but other than that it’s a fantastic resort, the food is amazing the workers are lovely. I would definitely recommend this resort it’s absolutely massive loads to do for the kids.
